What’s New at the 65th Genoa International Boat Show
Following the success of the Scanner Envy 1220, this year’s 65th edition of the Genoa International Boat Show will see the new flagship of Scanner Marine on display for the world to see, a shipyard that has always been committed to the creation of truly innovative boats. The new model is the Scanner Envy 1500, boasting a decidedly modern feel, livable and functional deck spaces and a design that identifies completely with the Scanner style.
For this new 15.20-metre maxi rib (with a width of 4.60 metres) Scanner Marine, remaining ever faithful to the family feeling that characterises the range, has chosen to adopt a mixed layout when it comes to the model’s spaces.
From the stern to the wheelhouse, the spaces are organised in a walk-around solution, while the bow rises to give the interiors the width and dimensions essential to the level of comfort for this boat’s market segment.
The stand-out features of the Scanner Envy 1500 include an oversized aft platform, a sundeck and two large opposing sofas that make up the seating arrangement in the central area, which is also equipped with a table and a cabinet that can accommodate refrigerators, cooking plates and countertops.
The interiors, defined primarily by large volumes, features a central living area, a bathroom and a full-width owner’s cabin in the bow, while the layout also includes a double guest cabin in the stern.
The maximum outboard or inboard (petrol or diesel) engine power of the Scanner Envy 1500 is 2400 hp.
