What’s New at the 65th Genoa International Boat Show

Eurovinil, a company founded in 1959 in Grosseto and which has been a part of the Survitec Group since 1996, has established itself as a brand synonymous with safety at sea. This year, the company joins the 65th Genoa International Boat Show with the latest innovations in terms of life rafts and inflatable life jackets, along with a brand-new image.

Eurovinil has chosen the Genoa Boat Show as the global platform from which to present its new logo: a restyling that aims to convey the new energy that distinguishes it and the evolution of the brand, in line with the international values of the Survitec Group, a multinational company with over 3,000 employees, active in 96 countries and a global leader in the safety and survival sector across marine and aeronautical, civil and military fields. To embody this, the new Eurovinil logo features the distinctive Survitec orange, a symbol of visibility and safety at sea.

As for the products showcased at this year’s edition, there are three new rafts: the Miniraft or Pocketraft, the Oceandry inflatable liferaft and the Compactdry Plus.

The new Miniraft or Pocketraft is Eurovinil’s latest proposal to increase safety on board within 12 miles from the coast. Decree n. 133 of 17/09/2024 has introduced a number of simplifications to the safety equipment provided for certain categories of boats and types of use, with particular reference to inflatable boats, which can voluntarily dispense with the inshore life raft and be equipped with a survival kit.

Eurovinil, a brand that has always put survival at sea first, has developed an innovative design of a self-inflating raft in an extremely small size and which is incredibly lightweight containing all the materials required by the current Decree.

The Oceandry self-inflatable life raft, developed to meet the needs of offshore navigation and the most demanding crossings, embodies the perfect balance between structural robustness and functionality. Optimised in terms of materials, volume and every detail to ensure a more intuitive, faster, safer user experience, this represents the ideal choice in terms of weight, size, visibility and ease of use.

The Compactdry Plus raft, on the other hand, is designed for use at sea within 12 miles of the coast. Even more compact and lighter, this particular option is designed for those who want to love sailing without worries andin full compliance with regulations, to enjoy the sea knowing they have the best life-saving product on board.

Finally, the self-inflating Neptune Vest 165N. A perfect synthesis of protection, lightness and comfort, this life vest is designed to offer the highest standards of safety in any sailing situation. It activates automatically when falling into the water and guarantees a buoyancy of 150N, the ideal choice for those at sea every day.
