Baglietto launches its 60-metre flagship

comunicato stampa

She is the largest yacht ever built by Baglietto in its history, which began in 1854. She is the first example of the 60-metre T60 model and was launched on Friday 20 March in the presence of the owner and their family, the shipyard’s senior management and the Gavio Group, as well as numerous dignitaries.

This launch represents an extraordinary achievement for our shipyard and for all the people who work passionately every day to ensure Baglietto’s growth. Today’s excitement also stems from the realisation that we have marked another milestone in the history of this glorious shipyard,” commented Diego Michele Deprati, CEO of Baglietto.

The new T60 is designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design, who, together with Margherita Casprini, also oversaw the interiors, and represents the natural evolution of the successful T52, reinterpreted in an innovative and cutting-edge style.

The layout is entirely innovative, eliminating the traditional separation between interior and exterior thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the main saloon and on the upper deck, which transform the spaces into dynamic areas that interact continuously with the sea and the surrounding environment.

Among the distinctive features of the new T60 are the approximately 60-square-metre beach lounge, the two-level main saloon covering a total area of almost 100 square metres, and the entire upper deck dedicated to the owner: a true Owners’ deck.

For guests, there are four cabins on the main deck (two VIP and two guest cabins) whilst a fifth cabin is located on the lower deck, which also houses a massage room, the galley and crew quarters. The entire under-lower deck is dedicated to technical and service areas.

The T60 is fitted with two CAT 3512 engines, enabling a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.
