This year’s forum promises to be our most impactful yet, spotlighting the growing urgency – and opportunity – around sustainability in the yachting and boating industry.
The forum opens with McKinsey & Company, who will reveal fresh research on sustainability in recreational boating—showing how shifting consumer values and innovation imperatives are reshaping the industry.
The spotlight then shifts to a high-level CEO panel, “Navigating Sustainability: Redesigning Boating for the Consumer, the Industry, and the Planet,” moderated by Ed Slack, Editor of IBI.
At the heart of the conversation are three leaders driving real change:
- Johan Inden, CEO, Nimbus

- Danilo Giunchi, Director Engineering, Ferretti Group
- Erwan Faoucher, Director of Innovation & Purchasing, Beneteau Group
- Dan Lenard, Nuvolari Lenard Design Studio
Together, the panellists will address the sector’s defining questions:
- What do today’s consumers truly value in sustainable boating?
- How can design reconcile environmental impact with economic viability?
