PMP provides solutions for moving boats ashore and more
Since 2003, Nairago-based company (Milan) PMP has expanded its field from garden maintenance machinery to the boating sector. And today its marine catalogue includes a series of movers and pullers that allow boats of up to 40 tonnes to be moved ashore with ease.
PMP is presenting a full series of handling systems at the 65th Genoa International Boat Show with, among others, the Mini Tug electric mover/trailer. Equipped with a 600W 24V DC electric motor and a two-speed electric brake, the Mini Tug has a transmission with differential reduction gears in an oil bath.
The (adjustable) maximum speed of the Mini Tug is 4 km/h; it is equipped with two 57Ah 12V batteries. With an external charger, charging time is 6 hours. The tow bar offers a capacity of 200 kg and the towing capacity is 2500 kg.
In addition to those mounted on wheels, PMP’s nautical catalogue also includes tracked handlers, radio-controlled models, diving cylinder transporters with a compressor, and fuel transporters.
