What’s New at the 65th Genoa International Boat Show

A patented design for maximum efficiency, the new Electric Vector Fins that Sleipner is officially presenting at the 65th Genoa International Boat Show are stabilising fins that, thanks to their patented hydrodynamic design, are much more efficient than flat fins and greatly reduce undesirable effects such as yawing or sway.

Sleipner’s Vector Fins represent one of the most advanced solutions for reducing roll both when moving and at anchor. The system is designed to operate effectively up to speeds of 40 knots, without compromising the boat’s performance. In fact, in some cases performance is improved.

These Electric Vector Fins generate lift vertically, turning more energy into stability while minimising drag and additional consumption.

Finally, the innovative Fins find their application not only on new boats but also in retrofits, thanks to a simple and compact installation process, without sacrificing comfort or performance.
