Assonat-National Association of Ports and Marinas, member of Confcommercio and Confturismo, since 1982 represents coastal and inland waters companies that deal with the construction and/or management of tourist port facilities (ports, marinas, landing, dry storage) and nautical tourism activities. Initiatives: Italia dal Mare promotes nautical tourism by enhancing the role of the port as a tourist destination by presenting itineraries for yachting to discover the area to be combined with the reception services offered; Sustainable Marina supports the strategic and operational development of sustainability policies; Assonat National Training Catalog for Pleasure Boating - Continuous training financed by Interprofessional Funds to improve the skills and professionalism of employed resources; Participation in conferences and trade fairs; Technical Partners Agreements respond to the needs of companies in terms of sustainability, sea culture, innovation and safety.
