Cantiere Mimì is an Italian business with 50 years experience designing and building 5 to 13.5-metre gozzo boats characterized by a combination of traditional style and the very latest construction techniques.

The boatyard was set up in Naples, in 1975, when Salvatore Senese, the founder of the company and still an active presence in it, built the first two boats: a gozzo (skiff) and a 4.6-metre fibreglass launch. Interest in the Yard’s production grew steadily over the years, thanks in part to the organization of a wide-reaching dealer network and increasingly close collaboration with a team of engineers and designers.

The Yard’s traditions have been handed down to the new generation. Domenico Senese, son of the founder, has gradually taken on more responsibility while working to perfect existing products and achieve a perfect balance between innovation and tradition.
